If you make frequent purchases from Turkstra Lumber, a Turkstra Lumber Credit Account might be right for you. Request a Commercial Credit Application and Personal Guarantee form for your business, or the Consumer Credit Application for your personal purchases from a local store or our chat feature.
Once you complete the application form, simply fax it to our head office (905-388-9891), scan and email it to accountsreceivable@turkstralumber.com , or drop it off at your nearest Turkstra Lumber branch.
