During these challenging times, our Customer Service Branch has been working harder than ever to help keep Turkstra running, so we figured this would be an excellent time to tell you all a little more about the CSB and what they do. If you have ever been on one of our websites and had a chat box pop open, that would be them. If you have ever called our 1-855 number, that would be them. If you call one of our stores and they don’t get to the phone in time, you guessed it, they answer the call. Chances are they have helped you with many orders already. They are a team of Turkstra employees who have all worked in one or more of our store locations. They are essentially the communication hub of the company. They have access to every store’s inventory, delivery schedule, and Point of Sale system. They have extensive knowledge of products and services, know each of our Coaches specialties and can source information very quickly!
