At Turkstra, we go above and beyond to ensure that your construction materials are delivered with precision and efficiency. Our fleet boasts a range of specialized equipment designed to meet the unique needs of your project.
Secure Packaging: Each lift of lumber is meticulously packaged to ensure maximum protection and ease of handling. In addition to tough 1-inch thick nylon banding, we include lumber spacers strapped to the bottom of each lift. These spacers serve multiple purposes: they reduce onsite damage from material handling with bobcats or zoom booms, minimizing the risk of scratches, dents, or other forms of damage; they also make it easier for operators to move material around the jobsite after we have left, streamlining your workflow and enhancing efficiency.
Efficient Load Arrangement: To further streamline your workflow, our loads are built in reverse. This means that the material at the top of a lift is the material that would be used first, saving you valuable time and effort. You won't have to pick through and sort your delivery before starting your project—everything is organized for your convenience.

Through our EPOD system, clients are provided with pictures of delivered products, ensuring quality and accuracy. You can now visually inspect your delivered materials right from your device, giving you peace of mind that everything is as it should be.
Moreover, EPOD allows you to see who received and signed off on the delivery, adding an extra layer of accountability and security to the process. We believe in being "always on the level," and EPOD represents a new standard of transparency in our industry that sets us apart from the rest.

Truck-Mounted Forklifts: To navigate through narrow access points and deliver materials precisely where they're needed, we utilize truck-mounted forklifts. These forklifts are capable of "crab crawling" down tight spaces with long lengths, ensuring that your building materials are placed as close as possible to their intended destination. This strategic placement helps avoid congestion of building materials in driveways, allowing for smoother operations on the jobsite.
53 ft Flatbed Trailers: For projects requiring long-length floor systems and truss packages, our 53 ft flatbed trailers are the ideal solution. These trailers provide ample space to transport large and bulky materials, ensuring that your delivery arrives intact and ready for installation.
Cube Trucks for Trim Deliveries: For trim deliveries, we employ cube trucks equipped with highly specialized stacking techniques. Our expert team unloads trim by hand and employs a "stock and scatter" method to distribute trim into the main floor of your house. Care is taken to avoid any damage to walls or surfaces, ensuring a seamless delivery process.
