Our strongest hidden fastener system provides a clean look, using a high quality, ACQ approved, specialty deck screw with a TORX® ttap® drive system. The best hidden fastener for stairs and perimeter boards. Covers approximately 100LF based on 12" OC spacing of joists.

Fastener remains hidden because the included plug is made from TimberTech decking and color-matched to all TimberTech Composite collections.*

Predrilling is required when installing Cortex with any uncapped or capped composite deck board. It is recommended to use a 7/32″ drill bit to pilot a hole halfway through the deck board but not into the framing.
