Q - Do you have samples in store?

A - All of our locations carry samples of products that you can order in and some locations have Build-It-Better Centres, with samples and digital displays to help you plan your projects.

Q - Do you provide project designs, estimations, material takeoffs, and quoting services?

A - Yes, all of our branch locations have employees that can help you with the planning stages of your project. We have a 3D design software to help you with your deck, shed or garage planning.

Q - Can you help me match my existing trim profiles?

A - Absolutely! Send us a picture or bring in a sample of your trim and we’ll be happy to help you match your existing profile.

Q - Do you provide delivery?

A - We offer a variety of delivery options based on the products you purchased.

Q - What is the standard delivery lead time?

A - Our standard delivery lead time is 2 business days. Our dispatch team works with all locations to find a solution for your needs, to help keep your project running on time.

Q - Do your stores provide cut services?

A - Yes our locations are able to provide convenience cuts to help customers transport materials home. We use rough cut saw blades and do not provide project cutting. There is a fee of $1.00 per cut that will be charged for this service.

Q - Do you offer install services?

A - Turkstra does not currently offer installation services, however we would be happy to refer you to trusted local trades that can help with your projects.

Q - Do you still make custom windows?

A - While we no longer manufacture windows, we work with a variety of suppliers and can special order custom windows for any project you have.

A - We sell lots of EWP products like joist, LVL Beams and Rim Board.

Q - How do I open an account?

A - No matter the size of your project, Turkstra is here to help you out with a variety of account options. You can sign up for a free Build-It-Better account to be paired with a project coach to help you along the way. If your project is larger our team of dedicated account representatives will be happy to help as well.
