The DOSCZ-KT1 is a connector kit used to attach a deck beam to a concrete wall with a gap to allow for drainage. This deck connector kit is a tested, engineered solution that offsets the beam from the concrete to create a space that helps prevent water buildup and potential rot or corrosion. The DOSCZ-KT1 comes complete with the necessary fasteners to connect directly to a concrete foundation below the structure’s rim board without penetrating the siding or brick, eliminating the potential of water intrusion.
- Components designed with finishes that resist corrosion in exterior environments
- Kit includes all necessary fasteners (Strong-Drive® SDS screws) and anchors (Titen HD® mechanically galvanized screw anchors)
- Designed with predrilled holes for anchoring into the beam and into the concrete
