Oatey® Yellow Gas Line PTFE Thread Seal Tape is designed and manufactured for natural gas, propane, butane, water, oil, and chemical lines. Made of durable PTFE, this yellow thread sealing tape can be used on galvanized steel, iron, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, CPVC, ABS and fiberglass threaded piping.
- Compatible with a broad range of gases, liquids, and piping materials.
- Yellow color designates use on gas pipe.
- Made with PTFE construction for longevity.
- 4 mils thick, 1.35-1.50 grams/cubic centimeter density.
- 1/2" x 260” yellow thread seal tape.
- Designed for gas lines up to 1-1/2” diameter.
