The Maximum Duty Rating of a ladder is the maximum safe working load of the ladder. This means the weight of the worker, their clothing, tools and equipment. This type 1A ladder has a duty rating of 300 pounds (136.3 kg). Fiberglass ladders are durable, weather-resistant and non-conductive. Maximum safe reach for a 24 ft extension ladder is approx 23 ft for a typical user.
