Who can enter the Deck Contest?

Anyone who has purchased materials at Turkstra for their home Deck (anytime in 2024, before the closing date of the contest).

Contestants can enter by filling in the online contest form on this page. Please contact a Turkstra representative if you need assistance obtaining a previous order number.

FAQS

Is there a minimum purchase required?

No, there is no minimum, any deck material order will qualify for entry as long as the materials purchased are used in the construction of the deck.

Is this for new deck builds only?

No, decks that have been refaced or significantly modified also qualify for entry.

Grand Prizes

There will be a Grand Prize Winner for DIY builds, Professional Contractor builds, and one final grand prize where all other entrants will be entered into a random draw. Each winner will receive the corresponding prize package listed below:

*Must be a Canadian citizen, resident of Ontario, 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Decking Material in the context of this contest refers to any size Deck Board (5/4”x6” Pressure-Treated and Cedar boards in any length, any product labeled Decking that is available to us through our suppliers of Trex, Fiberon and TimberTech Composite Decking products), as well as Pressure-Treated and Cedar framing material.

BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO ALLOW TURKSTRA TO USE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR ANY PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

• First name and last initial of contest winners
• Photo submissions
• City of residence

Contest closes October 31, 2024. Potential winners will be contacted via the information provided on the entry form within 5 business days of the closing date. Potential winners will have 30 days from that date to confirm details to claim their prize. *Prizes must be picked up in-person at 1 of 11 Turkstra Retail locations OR it can be shipped for an additional shipping fee within our regular service area.  All prizes must be claimed by December 1, 2024. If a contestant fails to confirm details or claim prizes by the dates specified, the contestant waves all rights to winning and Turkstra may select another winner at their sole discretion.
