Shipping policy
Turkstra Courier Delivery - $20
This delivery rate applies to small orders that can be shipped via a small vehicle. This applies to products that would fit into a grocery cart and weigh less than 50lbs.
Standard Delivery - $120
This delivery rate applies to large orders that must be shipped via a commercial vehicle. This applies to products that are bulky or heavy.
Flatbed Truck Delivery - $60
For Build-It-Better accounts, delivery fees drop to $60 once an order exceeds $750.
For Contractor Account Customers, delivery fees drop to $60 once an order exceeds $500.
Forklift Equipped Delivery - $120
This delivery rate applies to all orders that require a truck-mounted forklift or a roll-off trailer to complete the delivery.

** Deliveries outside of a 80KM radius to our nearest location will be subject to a fuel surcharge of $2.00 a KM for a flatbed dump and $3.00 a KM for a Moffett after the first 80KMs. All out to town deliveries are still subject to approval **
If too much product was ordered we have the ability to pick up extra material for a credit refund (at an extra delivery charge).

Secure Packaging: Each lift of lumber is meticulously packaged to ensure maximum protection and ease of handling. In addition to tough 1-inch thick nylon banding, we include lumber spacers strapped to the bottom of each lift. These spacers serve multiple purposes: they reduce onsite damage from material handling with bobcats or zoom booms, minimizing the risk of scratches, dents, or other forms of damage; they also make it easier for operators to move material around the jobsite after we have left, streamlining your workflow and enhancing efficiency.
Efficient Load Arrangement: To further streamline your workflow, our loads are built in reverse. This means that the material at the top of a lift is the material that would be used first, saving you valuable time and effort. You won't have to pick through and sort your delivery before starting your project—everything is organized for your convenience.

EPOD
EPOD - Electronic Proof of Delivery: With EPOD, our clients can enjoy a new level of transparency and convenience in their delivery experience. Through our EPOD system, clients are provided with pictures of delivered products, ensuring quality and accuracy. You can now visually inspect your delivered materials right from your device, giving you peace of mind that everything is as it should be.
