Turkstra Foundation Video Form

Our vision: We are aiming to produce a series of short videos featuring testimonials from beneficiaries of your programs or services, and an interview with 1 or 2 key people within your organization to speak to its vision and mission. These videos would be hosted on our YouTube channel and Socials, and shared to our website, mailing list, and would be available for your organization to share. The purpose of each video will be:

1. Create awareness about your organization.

2. Give real world context via first person testimonials.

3. Thank and encourage donors to support.

If you are interested in participating, we ask that you reach out to anyone who you believe would be willing to submit a video of themselves sharing their story, and then complete the form on this page by July 5th, 2024.

We will provide some clearer video guidelines and questions once we have confirmed your participation, but the basic details will be:
- We will provide 3-5 questions for each testimonial (unless you have some specific
questions or prompts you would like to suggest).
- Videos can be anywhere from 1-2 minutes.
- Can be filmed on their personal phone and submitted to a shared drive that we will
provide a link to.

For the interview portion, we will confirm a date and time that works with the interviewees, and we would send our videographer to them, we just need a location that would be suitable to film a brief interview (location details to be provided in the form).
