This base plate is used to securely fix a 4 in x 4 in square post to a floor. It provides a sturdier solution than traditional methods and facilitates the construction of your patio or deck. Easy to install (the plate is screwed under the post, then on the floor) and it is maintenance-free. Made of steel and coated with baked powder paint offering great durability and excellent rust resistance. Cover it with Plakcap 44 decorative molding or Base 44 structural molding for a better finish.
